3.1. As a long-distance means of communication, you agree that emails and other electronic communications shall be in use, other type of communication in regards with notices, contracts complying with any legal requirements shall be in writing.
4.1. We do accept order from outside the United Kingdom and ship overseas subject to you paying for additional costs of shipping. We shall calculate you an approximate amount upon which you can accept or cancel your order.
4.2. Please be aware when shipping cross borders, items are subject to random inspections by customs authorities.
4.3. By your purchase from our Website, you acknowledge that the Goods may be subject to import charges and additional taxes or expenses occoured duo to complying with foreign regulatory requirements of laws. As the Customer, it will be your responsibility to cover these overseas taxes, including the price for Goods ordered from our Website including VAT and the cost of delivery.
5.1. The price of the goods, including costs of postage within and United Kingdom as well as shipping Overseas are quoted on the website.
5.2. We reserve the right to increase the price of the Goods in the unlikely event of foreign exchange fluctuation or any other significant increase in the cost of material or labor, including any other factors that may beyond our control. 7. Order process and Formation of contract
7.1. All orders are subject to availability, unless otherwise the order is temporary unavailable, you as the Customer are entitled to cancel or wait until your ordered item becomes available again. In such occurrence of event, you will notified by email. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid email address.
7.2. All orders placed by you constituted an offer to purchase the goods from us, which we reserve the right to cancel or accept, without providing any explanation.
7.3. You, the customer are responsible for the accuracy of personal details when placing the order. Once the payment has been cleared from your account and after the dispatch of Goods, a contract (the 'Contract') is legally formed between us. You shall receive a 'Confirmation Notice' and you must check that all details stated in our newly formed Contract are correct. You may decide to print out a copy of the Confirmation notice.
8.1. The delivery address you provided during the order process will be the destination of the Goods unless there is other than your billing address specified prior to dispatch.
8.2. All dates of postage and shipping quoted on our Website are only approximate, prior to dispatch you will be notified about expected delivery to arrive. On the occurrence of any exceptional circumstances causing delays during shipping, we cannot be liable for.
8.3. You must examine the Goods upon arrival- in some cases by providing the courier with a signature, to ensure the excellent condition your purchase.
9. Risk and Title
9.1. Ownership of the Goods will only pass to you when full payment is received in full sums, including any additional costs during cross border shipping, or delivery costs within the United Kingdom and VAT charges.
10. Cancelling your Contract and Return
10.1. It is your priority to read through this section very carefully.
10.2. You may notify us prior to receiving the 'Confirmation Notice' via email on firstname.lastname@example.org or by writing a letter to us to 221 York House, Pentonville Road, London, N1 9UZ. You also include the reason for the cancellation.
Return of Goods
10.3. In case of cancellation (before the expiry of 7 working days), the Goods must return to us within 7 working days (without delays) upon the notice of you intended cancellation. We will contact you with the return address and further instructions.
10.4. The return of goods are on your responsibility, you must return them to us in the same condition in which you receive them with full packaging and swing tags intact.
10.5. In the absence of the following above, we are fully entitled to claim reduction in value and deduct any money paid by you to us or full rejection of refund if the returned Goods experience high reduce in value and/or quality.
10.6. We may charge you for the cost of collection of Goods which may be deducted from any sum owed by us to you.
Refunds on cancellations
10.7. Unless you decide yo return the Goods in person, the refund you the sum within 14 working days, otherwise we will refund you on the day on which we receive the Goods back from you.
Exception to the right to cancel
10.8. You will not have the rights to cancel if the Goods are bespoke or personalised.
10.9. The Contract is for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and they have become unsealed after delivery.

14.1. For any accidents or failures outside our control, including a strike or any other industrial action; computer network or any other tele communicational or private failure; or other events beyond our reasonable control shall not be our liability.
14.2. We will maximise our efforts to minimise any delays caused by the Events Outside Our Control and to find a solution by which our obligation may be performed despite this event.
14.3. Any money you paid us shall be refunded if your Contract is terminated duo to an Event Outside Our Control, under our contract.
